Mitch brings 30 years of experience in mediation, meditation, management, martial arts and music to a unique and powerful program of training, conflict resolution, and resource development. At Gesher, he brings specialized trainings for Jewish organizations, with insights and tools rooted in practical experience pedagogy, and informed by Jewish tradition. He developed a specialized curriculum called Embracing Conflict: Tools for a Healthier Synagogue as the foundation for this work.

Make it a Bridge
(excerpt)
Music by Steve Meltzer
Lyrics adapted from Sheldon Young
Kol haolam kulo gesher tzar m'od
There is a wall
Standing between us
A wall so thick
That pounding just won't do
If we move close
And touch it gently
We can part the wall
And make it a bridge
"Speak when you are angry and you will make the best speech you will ever regret." Ambrose Bierce
